The White House's decision to introduce tariffs on goods from Mexico, Canada and China – three countries, which account for a third of all goods and services imported by America – for two of them turned out to be a false alarm. The situation with Mexico and Canada was resolved according to the same scenario: the leaders of these countries after signing on February 1 of the presidential decree held a telephone conversation with Donald Trump and found a way to convince him not to rush with the introduction of duties on goods imported in the United States.
