uspends tariffs on goods from Redi

US President Donald Trump suspended the introduction of tariffs on goods from Mexico and Canada, giving the move back to his decision on February 1. The tariff war with the neighbors never started, after Mexican and Canadian leaders quickly made some concessions to Donald Trump, promising to meet his demands to strengthen the border to combat illegal migration and drug trafficking. The only country that failed to avoid a new trade war with the United States was China, which has expressed its response to American goods and is considering transferring its production to other countries. The White House's decision to introduce tariffs on goods from Mexico, Canada and China – three countries, which account for a third of all goods and services imported by America – for two of them turned out to be a false alarm. The situation with Mexico and Canada was resolved according to the same scenario: the leaders of these countries after signing on February 1 of the presidential decree held a telephone conversation with Donald Trump and found a way to convince him not to rush with the introduction of duties on goods imported in the United States.
